		<description>I haven&#039;t used the latest edition of Visual Studio, but the slightly older versions certainly had built in tools for using the M$ repository. The name escapes me at this point. There wasn&#039;t a lot of support for any other tools that I knew of. I now use IntelliJ Idea and the list of third party tools for everything you can imagine is huge. I probably agree with most everything you said. There does seem to be an attitude that you just use the tools M$ provides and that&#039;s it.</description>
